USA warranty claims process
The Candle Maker appliance comes with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If you have a faulty unit the first thing to do is contact us via email and we will help troubleshoot the problem. If we are unable to troubleshoot and solve the problem we will email you a warranty form and a return courier label.
- Print and complete the form
- Attach your proof of purchase
- Package up your unit in the same or similar size box it came in (include the paperwork)
- Contact us when it is ready to go
Once we receive the unit we will diagnose the fault, if the result of your product inspection reveals a manufacturing defect we will go ahead and repair or replace the unit and send it back to you at no cost.
If the unit is within the warranty period but the fault is not covered by warranty (such as user error, or if any unauthorized use is evident) you will be required to pay the cost of the repair and the return courier. Please refer to the warranty tab on the product page for detailed warranty conditions relevant to your chosen product.
Repairs to units out of warranty
If your unit is out of warranty and needs repair you can send it in (at your cost) and we will investigate the problem. There is a US$20 fee to diagnose the fault and quote the cost of parts and labor to repair the unit. Please email us if you would like to arrange a repair.
