The Candle Maker appliance comes with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase providing the unit has been used as intended and with approved ingredients. If you are having problems with your unit or need help with how to use the features the first thing to do is check out our FAQ’s or send us an email.

Repairs to units out of warranty
If your unit is out of warranty and needs repair you can send it in (at your cost) and we will investigate the problem. There is a US$20 fee to diagnose the fault and then we will provide you with a quote for parts and labor to repair the unit. Please email us if you would like to arrange a repair out of warranty.
