No, not at all! You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. However you will lose your VIP discount privileges and depending on when you cancel you may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of sending you the same goods were you not in the Club.
For example: If you sign up and receive your first subscription for $36 and then cancel, we would charge you the balance of that delivery as follows....
1 x Candle Kit @ $12.90
2 x refill kits @ 9.90 = $ 19.80
1 x shipping fee @ $18.50
Total equivalent cost $51,20
Less subscription fee paid $36.00
Fee = $15.20
(prices are for example purposes and subject to change)

There is no fee to cancel after 12 months.

Variety is the spice of life! Candle Club is all about trying new fragrances and getting a nice surprise on your doorstep every quarter. So, at present, there is not the option to customize your quarterly delivery.
However this could become a feature if there is demand for it.

As soon as your unit is delivered, take a good look at, you can even go ahead and make a candle! If it's not what you expected or you can't manage to make a candle, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

How do I start a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee return?
If your order arrived damaged and you want to return it, or if you have changed your mind and want to return your order, please contact us on this link. Make sure you let us know your order number.

When does the 30-Day period start from?
The 30-Day period starts from the day that you receive your order. (Not when you made the purchase.)

Can I claim the guarantee after 30 days?
No, you cannot claim the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee after the 30th day.

Who pays for the return shipping?
We do! There are no additional fees associated with the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Can I use The Candle Maker during the guarantee period?
Yes, go ahead and make a candle using your own ingredients or with one of our ingredients packs (for guaranteed best results). You'll know right away so please don't use it to make dozens of candles and then send it back...that would not be cool and would just bring you bad karma;)

Do I need to return everything in brand new condition?
Preferably, but we understand you will test the unit so it will be "used". It should be returned cleaned and in the original packaging. The unit must not be returned heavily used, dirty, or damaged.

How will my money be returned?
We'll refund your money to the original payment method. So if you originally paid via credit card, your refund will go back to that same credit card.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, we'll check to ensure everything has been returned in full and there isn't any damage to the items (accidental or intentional). After this is confirmed, we will process the refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days from when your order has been delivered to our warehouse.

How should I ship my return?
We will email you with more detailed instructions when you claim the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. As a general rule, ship the items back in the original packaging.

Can I claim the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on other products?
No, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to The Candle Maker appliance only. If you bought a bunch of ingredients as well, or in the future, you'll need to keep those and use them in the traditional method. We don't accept returns on ingredients.

What happens to the returned units?
To be honest, we don't get very many! But rest assured that the odd ones that do come back are never re-sold as new units.
